At the Aussie Butcher, our goal is to ensure our customers get the best of the best, premium New Zealand lamb meat. That’s why you’ll only find “quality mark” NZ lamb in our stores.
Unlike our competitors, we never import second or third grade meat. We stock traditional lamb cuts like chops, steaks, roasts, casserole and stewing cuts, barbeque cuts, slow cooker cust, stir fry, mince, and everything else you’d expect to find at your local butcher.
